The payment of this remittance is to be in accordance with the Regulations Governing the Declaration of Foreign Exchange Receipts and Disbursements or Transactions of the Central Bank of China.
凡存入新台幣存款帳戶之匯入匯款，其兌換匯率以存入當時 貴行牌告各該幣別之買入匯率為準。
The TWD payment will be made at our prevailing buying rate of exchange on date of payment.
應繳付之各項費用，得自匯入匯款金額中扣取或自開立於 貴行之存款帳戶中扣取。
Charges shall be deducted from the proceeds or from the account in The Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, Ltd.
本匯款如有錯誤或糾葛，本人/本公司在接到 貴行通知後，立即負責全數退還。
In case of error or irregularity being found in this Remittance, we/I undertake to refund to The Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, Ltd. The whole amount right upon receipt of notice to that effect.
